ApoShaShaMura

Privacy policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

ApoShaShaMura helps you track your income against a monthly target. Your financial records are personal, and we treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your financial records with anyone for marketing.

Who can see your financial data

Only you. Our database enforces this: each person can only read and change their own records. Our administrators can see account details (name, email, sign-up date, last activity and how many entries you have) to run the service, but they cannot see your amounts, who paid you, who you paid, your categories or your notes.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Umami (anonymous visit statistics) and, if enabled, Sentry (error reports). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country. Data is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. Deleted income and expense entries are hidden immediately and kept only so they can be recovered if deleted by mistake. When you delete your account, your profile, targets, income, expenses and categories are permanently deleted. Backups held by our providers expire on their normal schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

Children

ApoShaShaMura is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will let you know in the app.
